Step By Step Guide for Making Dual Audio Movie

This is a basic Step By Step Guide for Making Dual Audio Movie.

Software Required: mkvtoolnix

Step By Step Guide

Step 1 : After downloading & installing software. open software from desktop shortcut or

Installing Directry like E:\Program Files\MKVtoolnix\mmg.exe

Step 2 : Click on add Button. Select video and audio File. We select here "Gulliver's Travels (2010) R5 [DUAL AUDIO][ENG-Hindi]"
For example as show in below step by step screenshot.
Example : Suppose you have a movie "HP half blood prince" in english with "bluray rip" print
and another "HP half blood prince" in Hindi with "DVD rip" print. You want to play Hindi movie
in "bluray rip" print. So add both movie file. Then mkvtoolnix show separately "Audio and video" file.
Then keep "bluray rip" print Video file[by unmark dvd rip video] and both audio file[or only Hindi audio file if you wish to make it Hindi dubbed].
Then click on "Start muxing" Button.

Step 3 : After adding file you can select Individually each Audio file Then In "General track options" Menu you
can write track name, language, default track flag etc.
Note: It good to be select language & default track flag.
Tips: If you want that whenever you play movie it play in hindi(By default) not in English, so you need to
Select Hindi audio file-->>"default track flag"-->>Yes. As show in below screenshot.

You can also add "General track options" for video file but it is not necessary.

Step 4 : You can also add subtitle(Generally available in .srt extension on many subtitle sites)
and its "General track options" As show in below screenshot

Step 5 : Video File editing-> (Not necessary) Select video file, Then select "Format specific options".
There are many thing you can change or select. But i only discuss only necessary option.

(1). Display width/height: you can change Display width/height here.
Tips: To maintain Video quality like it does not so much stretch. So change Display width/height in ratio.
Like below screenshot width/height= 720*304. change it by multiply with 1.5[1080*456] {ratio 1: 1.5}
or 2[1440*608] {ratio 1:2}.
Note: But doe not change "Display width/height" by multiply with more then 2.
Because it affect the Video quality.

(2). Delay (in ms): If there is difference between audio and video runtime. You can select this option.
But you can manage it with selecting Delay (in ms): in "Audio File Editing" as show in step 6.

Step 6 : Audio File Editing->If there is difference between audio and video runtime. You can select this option.

Note: one second = 1000ms (micro second)
Tips: Video time delay in Negative(e.g. -5000ms) does not support. So it is easy to use Audio time delay Because it
is support Positive(e.g. 5000ms) & Negative(e.g. -5000ms) both.

Step 7 : Now we have done some editing like track name for audio(Hindi)= azamworld, language= hin(Hindi),default track flag "yes" for Hindi audio.
also track name "SUB" for Subtitle file.
Now just click on "Start Muxing" Button for make dual audio movie as show in below screenshot.
I also highlighted some text which is show "User friendly" property of this software.
Note: What is "User friendly" property of this software-->>whenever you select any video/audio/subtitle file and go to
change any option put cursor some time there then it will show what is this field make effect. This is user friendly property of this software.

Step 8 : You may be Abort when making/Mixing movie file to return previous location if you wish to further think to change some setting.

Step 9 : Click OK to close this Window or click Open folder to see converted file.
By default it is save movie on original movie directory, but not overwrite file. This is just make numbering in converted file.
(e.g original file name Gulliver's Travels (2010) R5 [DUAL AUDIO][ENG-Hindi] By azamworld converted movie file name Gulliver's Travels (2010) R5 [DUAL AUDIO][ENG-Hindi] By azamworld (1))

Note: This software support almost all video/Audio formats but only converted in "MKV" Format.


Testing :- Now we have done making of "Gulliver's Travels (2010) R5 [DUAL AUDIO][ENG-Hindi]".
Now run converted Gulliver's Travels (2010) R5 [DUAL AUDIO][ENG-Hindi] By azamworld (1).mkv file in
"Media player Classic"(A free audio/video codec pack software).
Below screenshot one show audio changes & second show Subtitle track name changes By us.

As you see it default audio language is Hindi (As we make).You can change it via clicking on English, azamworld (Audio 2).

In Short:- Add video file and Audio file[Select more then two audio file to make it multi audio e.g. English, Hindi, Russia, French].
Write track name, make correction in time delay (If necessary), Then click on "Start Muxing" Button.
