Through Voice Call:-If you want to register/change your preference, you can do by calling at toll free number 1909. When you dial this phone number, you will be prompted to register your preference via customer care executive or through IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System).
Method 2:-
By Sending SMS:- If you are opting for fully block category, you should send SMS “START 0” to 1909. In other case, you should send message “START <option> to 1909. For e.g. if you want to receive messages from Education, then you should send your message in the format “START 3” to 1909. For multiple options, you can send message in format “START 2, 3” to 1909 if you want calls and messages from real estate and education. If you want to change your preference, you can send text message to 1909 in the format “STOP <option>” whatever your preference is.
Method 3:-
If you are not satisfied with the government work then you have the option to go with Telecom Operator's way to Stop Unwanted Calls.
